- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and sriracha to make the sauce.
- Combine cooked shredded chicken with half of the peanut sauce.
- Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture among them.
- Add shredded lettuce, carrots, cucumbers on top of the chicken on each tortilla.
- Drizzle remaining peanut sauce over the fillings.
- Roll up tightly to form wraps, garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve immediately or wrap and refrigerate for later.
