Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until combined.
- Scoop dough and form into pumpkin-shaped cookies on baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Allow cookies to cool completely on a wire rack.
- Melt milk chocolate and fill the centers of cooled cookies, setting aside to firm.
- Decorate with orange icing faces and green stems as desired.
