Instructions
- Cook noodles in boiling water until al dente, drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned, breaking apart with a spatula.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and stir to combine.
- Mix in cooked noodles, toss to coat evenly in sauce.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
