Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil, mix until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead lightly on a floured surface for about 3-4 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Press dough onto a greased baking sheet, spreading to about 1 inch thick.
- Top with garlic slices and herbs, drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- Feel free to add olives or cherry tomatoes on top for extra flavor.
- Serve warm with a drizzle of olive oil or balsamic vinegar.
