Ingredients

  • 1 cup grilled or charred corn kernels
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

  3. Add the cooked pasta, grilled corn, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro into the bowl.
