Instructions
- Melt butter in a microwave or on the stovetop, then let it cool slightly.
- In the same bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt, then fold until just combined.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
