- 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, garlic, salt, and flour. Mix until combined and knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces.
- Shape into rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

- Ensure milk is warm but not hot to activate yeast properly.
