- 1 pound Italian sausage links or sausage pieces
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the sausages in the slow cooker and add sliced peppers and onions on top.
- Sprinkle garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper over the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, serve hot garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

- You can substitute spicy sausage for extra flavor.
- Serve with crusty bread or over rice for a more filling meal.
