- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant and translucent.
- Add spices and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with rice or naan.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken thighs for breasts for extra juiciness.
- Adjust spice levels to taste.
- Serve with basmati rice or naan bread.
