- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour Alfredo sauce over the chicken and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred with forks, and return to the crockpot.
- Cook fettuccine pasta separately according to package instructions.
- Add cooked pasta to the crockpot and stir to coat with sauce.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, add extra Parmesan or cook longer uncovered to reduce.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for optimal flavor.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or bread.
