- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Combine Cajun seasoning, heavy cream, chicken broth, olive oil, salt, and pepper in the slow cooker.
- Add sliced sausage, bell peppers, and pasta, tossing to coat.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- You can substitute chicken or shrimp for sausage.
