Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Fresh strawberries and mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in flour until smooth.
  3. Transfer dough to a mixing bowl. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and shiny.
  4. Spoon or pipe dough onto prepared baking sheet in 12 mounds.

  6. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  7. Cut puffs in half and fill with strawberry jam and whipped cream.
