Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cut out four squares from the thawed puff pastry.
- Spread Dijon mustard on each square, then top with ham and cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, cook eggs sunny side up in a skillet until whites are set and yolks are runny.
- Place each egg on a baked puff pastry, garnish with herbs, and serve warm.
