- 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup brown butter, cooled
- Vanilla bean seeds (from 1 vanilla pod)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla bean paste and vanilla seeds.
- Add eggs one at a time, blending well. Mix in sour cream and brown butter.
- Pour filling over crust, bake for 55-65 minutes until set. Cool completely.
- Chill for at least 4 hours. Garnish with caramel sauce and vanilla beans before serving.
