Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden edges.
- Allow cookies to cool on wire rack before serving.
Notes
- For extra chewy cookies, slightly underbake and let cool on baking sheet.
