- 1 package (11 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out biscuit dough and cut into small squares.
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of cheese mixture into each dough square and fold to seal.
- Arrange bombs on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle extra parsley if desired. Serve warm.

- Use fresh garlic for stronger flavor.
- Best enjoyed warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dip.
