- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken slices with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Sauté chicken until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Place cooked chicken in the center of each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and roll up tightly.
- Optional: grill wraps in skillet until cheese melts and wraps are golden brown.
- Slice wraps in half and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped herbs or a splash of hot sauce. You can also use chicken thighs for juicier results.
